A Barkers Dozen

I ordered 4 dog cookies online from A Barkers Dozen on December 17, 2011. My credit card was immediately charged. By January 11, 2012 the products still hadn't arrived so I emailed the store and was told they would be shipped later that afternoon. By February 3, 2012 I still hadn't rec'd the products so I email them again telling them to cancel my order and credit my credit card. As of today, February 13, 2012, I still haven't received the products I've ordered and no credit has hit my card. I emailed the company on Feb. 13 and advised them that I would be contacting my credit card company, the Revdex.com, and posting my complaints about their service on the internet.
