The warranty is also signed by MrL***.Mr L [redacted] refers to these requests as my demandsWhat I asked for is what is needed to make the warranty valid and so should have been standard procedure after any basement work of this nature, performed by this companyI should not have had to go to these lengths to get what was mine to begin with.Buyer Beware!
