A Bath Haven

Complaint[redacted]'s work was not completed in the remodel of my bathroom. The bathtub faucet and door alignment was not done properly. [redacted] remodeled our bathroom around May 2014. Several weeks later we called [redacted] to fix the bathtub faucet that was very loose and nearly falling off. We also asked him to fix the door that was not alligned properly and it would not lock. [redacted] came back and took the faucet off. He said the problem was the faucet was not sealed causing the faucet to come loose. He sealed the pipe. He said it would have to dry and he would come back in a couple of days to put the faucet back on and fix the door. SEVERAL attempts were made and [redacted] said he would come by and he never came by. The last attempts that we made we received no reply from [redacted]. Desired SettlementWe only want the work completed.
