A BATH PRO

I used A Bath Pro for re-glazing my bathtub in the guest bathroom . Patrick did an awesome job and in a timely matter. My bathtub looks like brand new!

I used A Bath Pro to refinish my tub because Patrick and Carol are so very friendly, and their prices are consistently better than the competition. They did an ok job, not amazing but it was fine. So when it came time to refinish all of my bathroom tiles, I chose them again, and this is what I regret. I specifically asked if I needed to do anything at all to prep the area for them, and they said no, so I didn't do any cleaning or other prep as I assumed they would do whatever needed to be done. Unbeknownst to me, they proceeded to spray the glaze right over any and all dirt/dust/hair/whatever in the bathroom, so now it's encased in the glazing forever and looks terrible. Every time I take a bath I feel the roughness in all the spots where these things were glazed over, and can visually see it all, too, and it's just so upsetting. I would have gladly cleaned before they came, but they said I didn't need to do anything! And even so, how lazy of them to just spray over it all anyway instead of bringing it to my attention first, at the very least. They also did a poor job of taping off my appliances, so there's overspray on some appliances and others were taped off too much so the tile are it didn't get sprayed. And now, after less than a year later, it's starting to peel off, which does not surprise me. I've been pissed off about it since it happened, but did not bother talking to the company about it because they already came back once to touch up some of the more obvious stuff and honestly I don't trust them to do any more work.
