Thanks for the information, we will contact the consumer to set up a time to visit and determine if this a warranty issue, if  it is we will gladly address the issue.

A Beautiful Floor Inc, represented by Mr. [redacted] accepted a shower repair and floor tile install job in Nov [redacted]. The work was completed to satisfaction except for a new shower drain that was recommended by the rep, which required a key to open. The installers did not provide the key. Mr. [redacted] was immediately contacted and told. His atitude was contemptuous and stated that they always leave the key and I should locate it in one of the bathroom drawers. After a thorough search, Mr. [redacted] was again contacted on several occassions and requested to provide a key. In Dec [redacted] on yet another follow-up he stated he had acquired another key and would drop it by the house. In January [redacted], he repeated the same. It is unfortunate that what would otherwise have been a positive experience has been met with contempt for the customer, false promises to deliver and deception. I will continue to request fulfillment of my purchase. In principle and fact it matters. A beautiful floor, inc. will most definitely not receive my future business and I will make no recommendations or referrals to other potential customers. I should never have had to make repeated calls and emails for such a simple problem to resolve.
