I received a call from this customer indicating a emergency hornets where going into the house Please come as soon as possible An appointment was made for the following day at 1:00p.mThe amount was which the customer agreed to the costI was paid the as agreedI was minutes early to the appointment and received a call The call lasted minutes according to my phone logCustomer showed me the affect area behind the house Customer's husband had compromised the affected area by spraying foam Thinking the area would be fixed Hornets entered the houseI cleaned out the affected area and sprayed the extermination product Customer was repeatedly told that the product would take between 8-10s to work Customer was explained the process of time and how the chemical works.I believeI'd love to set up an appointment If I canAppointment was made for Tuesday at 1:ON SUNDAY Evening at 7:15p.mvia phone conversation.Customer text: Perfect! I am rejecting this response because: the business owner is blatantly lyingI was messaging my husband explaining that I was irritated by the fact that the guy was late while waiting for him He DID NOT tell me on the original visit that it would take days, his literal words were "you will see them bopping around for the next few days and then they'll die off." - It wasn't until the message I sent after his "work" was finished, days later that he informed me of the days Even after days they were still coming in and not dying because he did not scan the rest of the area and get the second area they were entering The fact that he used my FOOD grill tool to remove insulation instead of even asking for an actual too or using his own is what I'm most upset with He has a "happiness guarantee" on his website and I will not be happy until I get my money back to cover the cost of the real professional company that had to come out after him He was NOT in time let alone early, he was NOT informative, and he is NOT being truthful

Customer  showed me the affect area behind the house.  Customer's husband had compromised the affected area by spraying foam.  Thinking the area would be fixed.  Hornets entered the house. I have all the correspondence by the customer sent by text.  Conflicting statements have been made and documented.   Although every customer wants instant gratification certain situations can and do take time.
