On August 9, 2013 customer had called into the office to say that she no longer wanted her termite baiting
service. This is separate from the pest control services. On October 8, 2013

wanted pest control services. As per the notes, in December
2013 when our accounting department called the [redacted] for payment due, the
phone number was no longer in service. Since services were rendered, the
balance is due. Also, per the contract, A Bell needs a written statement that
the customer is cancelling 30 days prior to when their next service is due.

All conversations are recorded and documented. The customer did cancel the termite renewal warranty in August 2013. We took her instructions and cancelled the termite renewal warranty. We were
never notified of the cancellation of the pest control. The service was rendered and technically she owes that service plus (3) more because the contract automatically renews
unless either party cancels 30 days prior in writing. We do want the customer to be happy, if she pays for the one that was rendered in October 2013 in the amount of 105.93 , we will cancel the contract
completely and not charge for the rest of the contract owed which is the (3) services.

Review: When we moved from the area in August 2013, we cancelled service. A Bell Pest Services mistakenly renewed the service instead of letting it expire in accordance with our cancellation. We informed them of their mistake, but they insist on billing us despite our cancellation of services when we moved. Now they have sent the account to collections.Desired Settlement: We would like A Bell Pest Services to drop this mistaken claim against us, and to write the collection agency and us, that they have dropped the claim.
