I have reviewed the service records regarding the flea treatment at the customer's homeWhile I sympathize with the customers
situation, I do have to point out that a service agreement was entered into which clearly states that any follow up treatments would require a $plus tax service chargeIt is our policy to inform customers as they schedule by phone that there is a $plus tax follow up charge on all flea work provided by A-BestThis is due to the fact that fleas are very difficult to eliminate from a home and that they can be reintroduced very easily from pets going outside or people bringing them in from yard workThere was never any indication given that the flea problem would be resolved with one treatmentIn addition a successful flea treatment requires a partnership between the customer and the pest control providerRegular vacuuming and pet grooming needs to be done in order for a flea application to be successfulWhen we were contacted by the customer a few days after the initial treatment we explained the procedure listed above and scheduled a follow application on 9/23/which we did provide at no chargeThe customer was informed again that there is a follow up charge for any future reapplicationsIn response to the amount of time spent at the customers home by my technicians, I have reviewed the records of our GPS tracking device of each vehicle and found that in both instances that the technicians were there longer than minutesI feel that the amount of time spent by my technicians far exceed the minute time frame indicated by the customerWe provide quality pest control services to the greater Akron area and have had very few Revdex.com complaints since opening in At this point I am willing to offer one more flea treatment at no charge to the customerPlease have the customer contact us by phone to schedule this reapplication
