A Better Appliance Repair

I contacted A Better Applicance Repair on [redacted] to repair my refrigerator as it was not cooling. A technician by the name of [redacted] come to my home the next day and replaced the main computer board. He did not get it to work fully and said he had to order the part. He came back two days later and installed the part. He said the cooling temp should come down within 24 to 48 hours. After that time, the temperature did not come down so I called them back. [redacted] said he had to order another part and it would not cost more. [redacted] also in another follow up call that [redacted] did not have any parts distributors in the U.S. that the part had to come from overseas. I called [redacted] and they a parts distributor in New Jersey. He did not tell this to my wife when he came the second time nor did he give me an estimate for ordering another part. It has been 3 weeks since the first on this matter and it still has not been resolved. I have been calling [redacted] and [redacted] and they have not helped me. In fact, I have not been able to reach anyone in two days.
