When we sell something at A-Better Appliance we mark on the invoice if it was picked up, delivered, or a store creditHas has nothing on his paper work showing he has never received his productWe also keep records so we know what is going out or waiting to be deliveredHe did tell my salesman that he was going to come down and put a brick through the window so I told my salesman if he shows up to ask him to leaveIf he can come up with some paper work to show he didn't receive his product I would be more than happy to get him one but until then nothing leaves my store without paper work

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I spoke to [redacted] and he said he was willing to give me store credit. When I called about it, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and he didn’t think he wrote anything on the receipt. They said they mark on each invoice if it was delivered, picked up, or a store credit. If they didn’t write anything on it I think it is odd. I have a bill, but nothing is written on it. I have court papers and plan on taking them to court if they do not resolve the issue. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We went out this morning (1/24/18) and completed the service call the costumer was very happy and we explained what caused the part to keep going out. We offered to refund her money and pick up the washer and dryer but she was very happy with us coming back out to fix it. We always stand by our...

We had a issue with a electric dryer and since them this costumer has been taken care of. They had brought it back to the shop for repair.

We did end up bringing the dryer back to be told that he did not have one to give us. But when we arrived not a word was said until my husband unloaded the original broken dryer and put it on a dolly as the worker took it inside my husband started movingthe tools in his bed to close the cover and the employee walked out with an older version for us to use. I was done with dealing with the company so I took what I could get and went home. I couldnt use that type of dryer since the door opens down towards the floor and since my washer and dryer are behind bi-fold doors I had to remove the door to open the dryer. We had to sell the dryer on our own and went and purchased a brand new dryer from lowe's. I will never deal with this company ever again.
