On February 27th around the eleventh hour of the day my friend and I made a stop at the better bites restaurant we were welcome by a wonderful staff and an interesting elderly lady whom I found to be inspiring. While my experience began promisingly it was unfortunate to see how it came to an abrupt halt. The great experience came to a halt after I noticed and heard an aggressively spoken member of the staff shouted out to one of the cashiers' working at the register next to the one I was served by. The excessive use of unpleasant language from one staff member to another in the presence of guess is unacceptable and should never be tolerated in this city or in the society in which we live. I requested to speak with the manager so that I may share my concerns and I was informed and asked by the cashier who was serving me frightfully asked that I please not to say anything because he is the owner. I considered not to say anything but as I waited for my ordered meal to be prepared the men identified to be the owner continued with the use of foul language with the employees in my presence I then requested to speak with him. He was called per my request. He came and I moved to express my concerns after sharing my concerns he only replied to me and I quote " Are you finish? I don't care about what you think if you don't like what you see and hear you can get the [redacted] out of here I don't serve people like you." I than proceeded to tell him that I will not be spoken to in such a manner and he goes to tell me to "get the [redacted] out of my store." I asked for a refund which he denied me of I than call the police and whom went and got me a refund.
