I have used this company for several years They come out twice a year and trim all of my queen palms We have never had a problem with them but communication is a bit hard bc I don't think the owner understands english that well I can talk easily with him but it's hard to know if he completely understands In the last year he has had truck problems and the man who worked for him that kept all his customers names & messages left for NY
