A Better Buy Auto Sales

I have talked with *** from A Better Buy Auto Sales several times and by text he agreed to make it right by returning my money. I paid $4652 for a vehicle that was advertised as having 87K on Craigs List and by phone he confirmed that those were the miles on the 2002 Toyota Sequoia, but it has 352K. I didn't receive my title until Sept 19, 2017 and that's when I discovered that the vehicle had extremely excessive miles on it. Between Aug 23 the date of the purchase of the vehicle and Sept 14 the date of when I picked the vehicle up from the Louisville body shop, he provided the wrong vin # by text and on the purchase receipt. He obviously was covering up the VIN # so I wouldn't go to the DMV to verify the mileage. I went to the DMV on 9/13 to find out that the vin # was wrong. I have two separate incidents where other people witnessed his non-disclosure about the changed odometer. I have several documents to support this case of misleading and forgery including chain of events and all text messages printed out. The documents are about 4MB so I can't send them. I can fax but need somewhere to fax them to you. *** agreed four times in text messages that he would settle the issue. I have plenty of documents to verify the issues and two testimonies besides mine to his cover up of the odometer change. His phone numbers are /***-***. He sold me the vehicle at his body shop at ***, Louisville, KY which is his other location. I paid $4652 which includes the $200 that I paid *** for the body repair for a vehicle that has 352K. I have not heard from him in four weeks. My name was forged twice in order to cover himself that he had allegedly disclosed the excessive miles per an Affidavit of Correction and a false notary public. For now, I am stuck with this vehicle and I can't sell my other vehicle that was supposed to be replaced by this recent purchase. The documents are about 4MB. *** has another case with the Louisville Police right now against him. *** only wanted to return the money with a check at first, then I heard nothing from him. I told him that I could only receive cash at my bank in Louisville. and that he could meet me there. He didn't think that would work because he wouldn't pay cash. I told him that the only reason it had to be cash was that he would scam me again with a bad check and at least, the bank could verify right there whether the money was good or not.
