We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to the customer but a better choice Automotive was in the process of moving locations and our phone lines were having issues which had been since repaired at the customers having an issue with the vehicle feel free to bring it to our new location located on 77th and York Street and it will be fixed within a timely manner

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I provided the letters from my bank showing that the temporary credit given by [redacted] has been reversed because the merchant continued to challenge the refund [redacted] has agreed to reopen the case because the merchant admitted I was due a refund and file a fraudulent charge-back dispute I provided the Revdex.com complaint along with the merchants statement that I am in fact due a refund The next option will be to sue the merchant, which I will gladly do if [redacted] does not credit back the funds to my account.To any potential customers, I would highly advise against using this merchant It has been months and I am still fighting to get my money back How many reputable shops require payment in full upfront before they even work on your car? A better Choice Automotive has never declined this customer service and will still warranty our work The customer has an motor oil leak that was expanded to her husband We spoke with said customer they stated that they would send us pictures and they sent theme to the wrong email address the customer has a communication error between computers this is not an transmission issue and we informed said customer that we would be more than willing to take the suv to the dealer to confirm this and all the customer has to do is bring the suv back for us to do this ....said customer spoke with ATRA our warranty company and they have reviewed the pictures and agree with a better choice autmotive this is not an transmission leak but I have spoke to the customer many time and stated that all we want is to give the customer a good running suv and would be willing to do anything that was needed If said customer would like us to work with them we would be more that willing to take care of this issue

A Better Choice Automotive Is Closed We Reached Out to customer And stated we would honor atra warranty and asked customer to bring vech back next week for repaired customer agree to this ..A better choice automotive was not sold they closed doors and closed with the state of [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My problem is with the open business [redacted] , who is turning away [redacted] warranties the company a better choice sold people, then closed, but still as an [redacted] member, mountain should be honoringI also believe they acted fraudulently by selling transmission warranties through the company they closed, and not through the transmission only company they continue to operate Both businesses ran business simultaneously, both being formed by [redacted] why sell the warranties through the company that was not dedicated to transmissions, knowing he was going to close a better choice since he want to become a transmission only repair shop It is not logical, except to invalidate the warranties Sincerely, [redacted]

March my husband had our *** *** *** towed to this business to have our transmission fixed/re-built because of the “reasonable cost”after the initial repair on the way home our truck stopped on the side of the road and they took the truck back to the shop for repair and needless to say after several back and forth visits our transmission still remains broken*** with A Better Choice Auto informed me that the issue was not with the transmission, but our issue was a key and also wiring due to the radioneedless, to say when speaking with *** *** we were informed the radio wiring would not cause our truck to not run nor would it cause our truck to run in the incorrect gearIn addition to contacting A Better Choice Auto, my husband and I have reached out to the “warranty” company that was provided by A Better Choice Auto and they have refused to assist us stating there was something unauthentic about the warranty and they were unable to assist usThe last time

Brought my truck there after talking over the phone with them about rebuilding trannyFirst complaint they had the truck way longer than they said they would and no communication from themI had to call daily after the date they said it would be done to figure out what was going onHad to take it back a week later because tranny was still not acting right and leaking atfThey proceeded to tell me the tranny was fine but I needed a new catalytic converter, so I obliged and they said the leak was from transfer caseWell this was back in May and I have put maybe miles on truck since being at their shop and also had a new motor put in and tranny still does not shift rightI ha e taken to different shops both saying the tranny is not correct and needs to be fixedSo I called last week (10-19-) left a message and explained what was going on and that I wanted it fixed since they said I had a year 12,mile warranty well still no call back to even let me k ow they are going

DEPTED THE FUNDS AND WHERE GRANTED TO THE CUSTOMER A BETTER CHOICE AUTOMOTIVE HAS NOT RECEVED PAYMENT FOR THIS AND SAID CUTOMER HAS WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO DEFACE A BETTER CHOICE AUTOMOTIVE ON LINE WITH GOOLGE AND OTHER CUSTOMERSA BETTER CHOIC AUTOMOTIVE IS WILLING TO PROVIDED ANY DOCS NEEDE TO SUPPORT OUR CLAME INCLUDING THE NOTICE THAT WAS SENT TO US BY OUR PROSSER AND BANKS STATEMENTS SHOWING THE FUNDS WHERE RETURNDED TO THE CUSTOMRE AND WE DID NOT RECEVE PAYMENT. I had my transmission repaired in Sept I chose this company because they offered a year warranty with the new transmission In July my transmission started slipping and my check engine warning said there was a problem with the transmissionThis company refused to do anything, return calls or anythingIt is now Aug and I have been told that the company had been sold and they are not responsible for any repairsThe funny part is it's all the same employees including the old "owner"This place is a complete scam

This business advertised that they are the best in transmission rebuild and they provide free towing for m**or workWhen I contacted them, Thursday morning; they towed my car to their shop the same and called me with the estimate to rebuild my transmissionFriday morning they called again asking to be pay before they fix my car .I didn't agree on that I said what I know is that they fix my car when done I will pay to pick up my carThe same day in the afternoon the shop owner left me a message that my car was done to go get Monday morning I received a call from the shop clerk to go get my carTuesday morning a other call from the clerk and the owner to go get my car pass that day I was going to pay $storage feeTuesday afternoon I went there paid in full $Since I took the car twice now it was never fixedThe owner keep telling me that " the part purchase from dealer was defective " It has been three weeks now I been full by the owner with lot of liesI am sick and t

***'s vehicle was towed and repaired within business day at the time of delivery the customer was informed that he had an electrical issue that needed to be reprogrammed by the dealership the customer picked up the vehicle and running condition and drove the vehicle for nearly a week and a
half to two weeks the customer returned to our place of business stating that the transmission was having issues we determined that the part that was purchased directly from the dealership was defective we ordered a new part installed the part in mediately for this customer we have done the repair within timely manner have not charge the customer for any unnecessary repairs and inform the customer that we would have this programming issue done by the dealership at the cost of our shop the customer was treated with respect and was delivered a good running product we have made every attempt to take care of this customer free of charge and have treated him with the utmost respect and kindness** me right the owner of a better choice Automotive spoke with *** and stated to him that if he had any issues at any time he could speak with me directly and that I would try to take care of his vehicle and the timely manner and make sure that he was given what he was charged for

I love this shop they did a great job my car runs perfect and I paid what I was quoted thank you a better choice automotive I give them stars job well done

They did a great job for me and they where very honest and polite I would recommend this shop to all my friends

I dropped off my vehicle to have a cracked flex plate replaced A Better Choice Automotive required payment in full at the time of drop off I was told the vehicle would be looked at the next business day Three business days later, the vehicle still had not been looked at, and so I picked up the keys and took my vehicle to another shop to be repaired A Better Choice Automotive refuses to refund the $I pre-paid even though they did not touch my vehicle and I had it repaired promptly at another shop
