We have had Michael out from ABC Pools multiple times nowOn his first visit, he discovered we needed several parts to our filter replacedHe did so at a very reasonable costSince we got such good work done at such a cheap price, we thought to keep him on to get the filter, chemicals, and pool overall, back into whack since it hadn't run well in the couple weeks the filter had been brokenWell, cheap is exactly what we gotHe was slow to respond, and I have yet to be able to swim in my pool because the chemicals still aren't correct, despite multiple calls/visitsAfter the 3rd failed attempt at correcting the chemicals I expressed my frustrationIn response to that I was called an it, had my husband called an it, and I was told that we didn't even deserve to own a poolI was yelled at, insulted, and still don't have a pool I can swim inNever have I dealt with someone so unprofessional, and if I could give no stars, I wouldIf you want "A better choice" find someone else to service your pool
