Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: That is absolutely that I stated I did not ride a bicycleI ride one on a regular basisI misunderstood the question initially and that was why my initial answer was "no." HOWEVER, when I realized they meant a bicycle and not a motorcycle (it's common to refer to a motorcycle as a 'bike' hence my confusion) I informed them I rode a bicycle regularlyRegardless, I did not find the instructions given to be sufficient to teaching someone how to drive a motorcycle, there was not enough time allotted for one to successfully learn if they had never ridden, and the instructor was absolutely unprofessional as was everyone else in the company Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:
That is absolutely false that I stated I did not ride a bicycle. I ride one on a regular basis. I misunderstood the question initially and that was why my initial answer was "no." HOWEVER, when I realized they meant a normal bicycle and not a motorcycle (it's common to refer to a motorcycle as a 'bike' hence my confusion) I informed them I rode a bicycle regularly. Regardless, I did not find the instructions given to be sufficient to teaching someone how to drive a motorcycle, there was not enough time allotted for one to successfully learn if they had never ridden, and the instructor was absolutely unprofessional as was everyone else in the company.
