A Better Design Flowers & Gifts

I ordered flowers on Feb. 14th. I never received the flowers. I called on the 17th and spoke with an employee and was told the owner was out until the 25th and would receive my refund after that. I called on that Tuesday and the owner told me I would receive the refund in my account in 72 hours. Friday I still hadn't received a refund. I called back on Friday and the owner said she would give me a call back. I never heard from her. Today I physically went in to the flower shop to speak to someone. I spoke with a gentleman named ***. He looked my order up and found it. He could not help me. He called the owner she did not answer the phone. I left without my refund.
