FOR COMPLAINT # *** *** ** *** WE HAVE FIXED THIS REFRIGERATOR ON A FEW DIFFERENT TIME THOUGH A MONTH PERIOD SINCE SHE BROUGHT THIS IN APRIL, WE HAVE REPLACED DIFFERENT PARTS, THE REASONING FOR US TO HAVE STOPPED WORKING ON THIS REFRIGERATOR IS YES SHE WAS OUT OF HER WARRANTY ( WE ONLY GAVE HER DAYS ) BEFORE IT WENT WRONG THE LAST TIME IN AUGUST, IT IS DISRESPECTFUL TO CALL YELLING AND TELLING ANYONE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SHE WAS TURNING US IN TO THE B.B.B FOR NON COMPLIANCE ,,, ( IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND DIDNT WANNA PAY TO HAVE IT FIXED THIS TIME ) GIVING THE FACT WE WAS STILL MAKING SURE IT WORKED BECAUSE SHE HAD KIDS, NOT CHARGING HER ANY MONEY ON ANY PARTS, SHE KEPT THE THERMOSTAT ALL THE WAY UP IS WHAT WAS CAUSING IT TO FREEZE UP AND SHE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THIS
I ordered a lifestyle screen garage door this spring. Had it installed by this company. I had problems with it. I called the company at least 12 times to try to get the problem resolved. Nobody ever returned my call. Finally, one guy came out and said he was going to replace a part. He allegedly told the owner Rocky that there was nothing they could do. Rocky just came out to the house to inspect the door days before Christmas. He had an excuse for everything that was wrong with the door. So much that .... " well, a car just drove by and could have caused a vibration!" Really? I told him that he had an excuse for everything. He stuck his finger in my face and raised his voice to me. I asked him to leave. Not only is he a poor business owner, but He has no respect for women! Why would a man point his finger and threaten a woman in their own home? Avoid this company like the plague!
FOR COMPLAINT # [redacted] ( [redacted]) SHE HAS BEEN REFUNDED HER MONEY ON 9-16-16, THIS WAS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF. AND WE HAD FIXED HER WASHER 3 TIMES FROM HAVING SCREWS IN THE PUMP FROM HER WORKING ON HER HOME. BUT HER MONEY WAS REFUNDED. WE DO HOW EVER SALE NEW & USED APPLIANCES THEY...
ARE TOLD WHEN THEY ASK THIS IS WHAT WARRANTY ARE FOR.
