Perfect! On time, and the bill equaled the estimate/quote they provided on the phone. [redacted] replaced a set of springs - one was broken - on my 18' x 8' metal door and thoroughly inspected and adjusted the door and opener. Then he straightened a bent part, lubed and adjusted my other garage door when I commented I need to keep readjusting the closing force and gap. They didn't push any products or tell me everything was wrong. I highly recommend A Better Garage Door Company.

From start to finish Tim and Mary were wonderful. This type of service is long gone in today's society. I want to share what a delightful experience I had.

My niece broke my garage door as she thought it would "sense" her car bumper and retract, it didn't and the door came off the track and the bolts that draw it upward popped off. I had work done by this company before, I called them and left a message.

Mary, called me back the following day. She was very pleasant and helpful. Tim, patiently waited for me as I had some work getting done on my car, he was so patient and understanding in the hot August heat. Tim, quickly got my door fixed, and proceeded to inform me of how my door was calibrated to go ahead and forcefully shut, as opposed to retract at the sign of any obstruction. He fixed that, and also placed a light bulb on my garage door opener.

I specifically appreciate Tim's wanting to inform me of what was going on. Most people fix the problem, get paid, and leave. Which is why I say, service of this standard is rare. I am an older, single, woman I have been taken for a ride before and I know its the nature of how today's businesses run. Overcharge, up sell, and try and "find" problems but don't fix anything; this is how it works but not with A Better Garage Door Company Mesa, AZ.
