Just up and disappeared. This is not quality customer service. We understand emergencies come up, and take priority, but customers need to know how A Better Home Services handles missed appointments for service. It is with all do respect that I could not return my customers calls. However with all do respect I had a family emergency and was in no condition to make any contact. I did finish a patio cover that I recommended that could solve the customers problem and built, roofed, stained a cedar patio cover...

(as the customer stated). It looks very nice and again it solved there water problem. I did collect in full for the exterior project completed. I also made my recommendations for some interior work to be performed. I did not start nor did I ever collect any funds for the interior home recommendations. I do want to thank my customer for the work that we started and completed in a timely manner.
