I an writing today to respond to the letter dated 8/22/regarding *** ***I am very confused , however, with what she is stating as she has had an active auto policy with National General since 5/20/At one point, on 7/22/2016, the policy was cancelled due to billing but was
reinstated on the same dayThis is verifiable in the MA Registry of Motor VehiclesThe last status update shows that 7/22/the insurance was activeAlso, I can see in the notes in our management system about verifying the first payment to start the policy was all setThere is also a note from our CRS about reaching out to *** trying to get a payment from her to bring her policy currentThank you
