A Better Lawn Care

We contracted this company to fix some sections of our lawn. Till, bring in top soil, seed and put down straw. This company came and supposedly did the work and Travis Hayes said he would come back if things were not right. After several weeks, we have bare spots in the areas that were suppose to be done. We contacted the company and were told they would come back out to make things right. They have told us on two occasions they would be back out the next week. When we call, they must have caller ID because they don't answer. Not the greatest way to run a company. We called and left a couple of messages this morning and finally received a call back from Travis Hayes. He informed us he would come back out and make things right if we paid him additional money. We told him that he contracted to do the job right and we wanted it done right. He got indignant with us and said we didn't even give him a tip and that I should have gone to work instead of inspecting every step of his job. My fiance' has had a stroke and I didn't want him bothered with interruptions from the workers. They were very rude and I think they should stand behind their work. Travis informed us he underbid the job. Had he told us this before he started the job we would have contracted with a more reputable company!!
