We purchased our membership while on a cruise to Saint Thomas from Island LifestyleOur first vacation with them was to Orlando and we were very pleased with their service and the accomadations which was in the gates of Disney at Wyndham Bonnet Creek resortThe unit we had was a bedroom deluxe which was very nice and had a great view of the lake on siteWe saved over a $off the rateMy wife and kids said it was the best vacation we ever had!!!

My boyfriend and I were so happy to find Island Lifestyle Travel. Although we live in Charleston and can travel to the beach anytime we want, we still like to explore tropical destinations. We really wanted to experience the Florida keys this summer and they found a way to get us there! With their help, our vacation was easy to plan and affordable, considering our limited budget.
We are really looking forward to our next vacation, hopefully St. Thomas!! We are so happy we chose them because they were able to deliver everything they promised and more.
we asked about the contract agreement if the cost was in Canadian dollars but the agent didn't really acknowledge our demands and made some moves of disappointment when we inquired. However he tried and never let go changing the subject pressed for time and he was able to convince us to sign up. As I tried to peruse through the contract a woman in the office kept talking about her child and hospitalization to my wife. Therefore we had no time to read more closely on the agreement. But we were assured that it was an excellent deal and being a military veteran we were getting a good deal from over $5000.00 dollars to $3995.oo one time payment and only $199.00 annual fee and starting in March 2016. The necklace that my wife was supposed to have won when she scratched the card, we never received it and the free one week trip/cruise we never received it either. As we were rushed to do things. We had no time to look at the agreement and being on vacation from Canada the deal sounded excellent we even asked about the price is it in Canadian and he evaded the question. a few times and assured us that it was. So we signed up and left seemingly happy. However upon our return to Canada after the March 02 2015 late evening we decided to look at the contract and our credit card balance an noticed a $5100.00 charge from Membership Service Group in Little river SC. we tried to call various number nobody to talk. I left a message and eventually was called by someone from The Island Lifestyle travel in St Thomas and she wasn't happy the we should check our contract out and why we waited so long to do something about it. So we started to check the contract some more and find out that is isn't for 15 years only but a lifetime agreement and price may increase. So we looked up on the internet and found numerous complaints of fraud by this agency. We are contacting our police fraud department in our city and Canada department. Also a lawyer may be involved as we were misled by the travel agency and with my limited income and not being able to travel regularly due to health this deal is a fraud and we will be obligated to pay but not be able to travel maybe anymore due to health. The cruise line Carnival was advise to tell their guests for protection on people to beware as not to be caught in this misleading organization either The Island Lifestyle travel or MSG
