access to the inside to view the roof through the attic. I was told his insurance company told him not to allow me into the attic. He called and cancelled our appointment. The contract was for $5,034.84 and he paid me $1,129.87. I am going to file a lien on his property. I would love to fix any issue he has but am not being allowed to look at the roof. I feel he is trying to avoid making the final payment.
