This business has become delinquent in the property management of my rental home Have tried to contact them by phone for a month They never return your phone calls Also, e-mails are never answeredThey collect monies from the tenant but do not give the landlord an accounting of how it has been disbursed....keeping the landlord in the darkThey do not provide the required monthly status of accounting IAW the Property Management Agreement

This business has become delinquent in the property management of my rental home. Have tried to contact them by phone for a month. They never return your phone calls. Also, e-mails are never answered. They collect monies from the tenant but do not give the landlord an accounting of how it has been disbursed....keeping the landlord in the dark.
