I hired [redacted] from [redacted] to be my Videographer, Photographer for my wedding. He did complete the photo's at the wedding and sent me the proofs.

[redacted] DID NOT EVER GIVE ME my portraits or my wedding album. I paid Him in FULL approx. $4000 for the service before the wedding. We had a contract that stated I would receive a wedding album as well as $500 credit for portraits. I ordered my portraits and album and never received them after I paid him. I contacted him multiple times via email, phone call, I went to his office which appeared to be abandoned and he never returned my contacts.
