I used A Better Trip Moving and Storage for my move to the our country place recently, Mr. Tripp's group of people are very professional and kind. They did an awesome job. No regrets. They were very timely and efficient. Always thinking and caring about our needs. You can tell they are well trained in what they do. What can I say other than I highly recommend them. :)

After a horrid experience with a major nationwide van line when I moved cross country seven years ago, I had tremendous anxiety at the thought of moving cross country again. We used Better Tripp Moving to move into our first home this month. They were extremely accommodating - as we went from an apartment to a house, while making a stop at a storage unit. The gentleman that were helping us that day were WONDERFUL and so helpful! I am pregnant and wasn’t able to do a whole lot, so it was very nice and so assuring to know our things were in great hands!

If you need the services of a moving company whether local or across country I can’t say enough great things about the A Better Tripp movers. From the guy on the phone to the truck driver you can tell they all take pride in their job and company and want to ensure your move is the best experience. I used their services to move furniture from Virginia Beach back to Houston. I was nervous because I had a number of irreplaceable antique pieces from East Germany and Eastern Europe acquired while stationed in Berlin in the late 80’s and fragile items such as a nearly 70 year old 7x5 ft scroll map of East and West Berlin that once hung on the wall in a US military headquarters and a large antique display cabinet with glass doors. Everything was well prepped, protected and secured in the truck, A Better Tripp treated every item with the upmost care. The driver and crew were friendly and amazingly efficient and quick. After the truck was unloaded the driver reassembled my furniture and placed it wherever I wanted it. Awesome company, awesome service I highly recommend A Better Tripp!

I have been moving, seemingly, my entire life, but after A Better Tripp first moved me to Dallas in 2006, I have used NO OTHER COMPANY. The packers and movers are great people who work incredibly hard and are SO CAREFUL with my belongings that I could never thank them enough. They are friendly, 100% reliable, and 100% trustworthy. In my 12 years of experience (and multiple moves) with this company, NOT A SINGLE ITEM was ever damaged or broken, and I swear this to be the truth. I've never been happier with a moving company, and the saddest thing was that my most recent move with them (Dec. 2018) was out of Texas. This alone is a motivation for me to move back to Texas so that I can marvel at the efficiency and skill with which A Better Tripp operates. I give them five stars and my heartiest endorsement. If you are moving to, from, or within the state of Texas, I strongly recommend that you hire A Better Tripp as your white-glove movers. I am and will always remain thoroughly impressed with them. They say (correctly) that moving is one of the most stressful times in your life, but A Better Tripp REALLY and TRULY makes it a smooth-as-silk operation. I used A Better Tripp to move my home in July. I had them do some of the packing and unpacking for me, and they were timely, efficient, and respectful, and did a marvelous job. They worked hard and stayed in a good humor, even though the temperature was well over 90. Since then I called on them to move one piece of furniture, and definitely will call them should I need to move again in the future. A Better Tripp is in a class of it's own. We have moved more times than we can count and are usually frustrated and angry at the end of the process, not with A Better Trip. From the beginning of the process to the end we only dealt with knowledgeable professional staff. Our challenging move took place the day after Hurricane Harvey, the movers were polite and kept their cheerful attitudes throughout the move, even when asked the impossible (which we did). We were amazed that they kept the same fast pace all day while being mindful of our furniture and walls. We appreciated their determined work ethic, professionalism, and upbeat attitudes. This is one of the few companies I feel strongly about recommending. They are exceptional.
