A Better Way to Clean

On September 18, 2012 DRYCARPET (10717 Fairview Avenue Boise, ID) cleaned my carpet and furniture. I was given a quote of $400.00. AFTER the job was completed, (less than 3 hrs total) it was explained that the job cost was well over this. (more square footage and more pet spots etc.) I agreed to pay $500.00 I did this becauseI believe in DEALING IN GOOD FAITH and felt it was an reasonable compromise (if the job was well done). On arrival I was told they could not guarantee that all spots would be removed, which I agreed was okay. I did believe that the results would be MUCH BETTER than what I received. When the job was completed I was informed that any spots left should/would continue to disappear over the next four to six hours. The next day after examining the carpet I called and reported my dissatisfaction w/the work and was promised a phone call THE NEXT DAY as to how we could resolve our differences After 3 1/2 business days and no return call, we called the company and were told they had no intention of fixing the problem. The work was shoddy and they did not do the job as advertised Plus when we called them back they were rude. I have photos of the completed job if you would like to see them. If the job was TOO BIG for DRYCARPET they should have advised me BEFORE starting the job. Their yellow - page advertisement says they have "30 years experience" and "specialize in pet stains and odor removal". I had advised the individual I scheduled my appointment with that my carpet was VERY dirty. I was told it should be "no problem" and I would "be very satisfied with the results".I expected at least minamal results. Please see photos. I DEALT IN GOOD FAITH. I felt like I was honest UP FRONT in dealing with DRYCARPET. I paid more than quoted and should have been able to expect REASONABLE RESULTS from DRYCARPET .
