I gave [redacted] a $400 deposit on June 18,2013 for sealing of my patio. Before materials were purchased and work scheduled, I cancelled the work during the week of July 8. Unexpectedly we had to put our home up for sale and the patio improvement was no longer required. I spoke over the phone with [redacted] and he agreed to refund my deposit. Despite several additional calls and two letters (one included a self addressed stamped envelope for his convenience), my deposit has not been returned. His numerous promises of a refund have yielded no MONEY.
