2/2/Telephone response obtained from the consumer as follows: The consumer stated yes the small picture on the product listing does say pounds but the written description says pounds and she did not look at the small written details on a photo, she looked at the product's written description and it said poundsThe consumer stated she would like what the ad said, pounds of cat food-she only received 6.?

Im not going to answer this nonsense anymore

ordered a product via the website, the product shipped late after it was confirmed in email the shipping date, the product shipped 3 days later. Contacted the seller about a prepaid label to return the product as I couldn't use it any longer they refused, the seller was extremely rude and said the shipping late is my problem.
