them. Also we have discussed with [redacted]  provder relations and provided them with signed waiver from patient.  It is between [redacted] and client"s contract to reimburse him directly. Review: The problem is this. I paid 100% cash for services at [redacted]. I had submitted a claim to my insurance company [redacted]o I may get reimbursed of the money I paid to [redacted] paid the claim to [redacted] and I have documentation of this. [redacted] was supposed to refund me my money back after the insurance company paid its claim that I personally filed. [redacted] has refused to pay me my money back, although they acknowledged that they do owe it. They tell me to ask my insurance company for money back. Insurance company has responded saying that sense they are in network they are not legally allowed to pay me any money because [redacted] is on contract with [redacted]. Therefor, it is the responsibility of [redacted] to refund me this money.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] stop sending me bills of the amount they owe me. I would like them to pay what my insurance company had paid them sense I paid 100% cash up front.

West Valley Internal Medicine (dba "A Bloom Medical Spa") is the worst medical facility and practice I have ever been to in over 50 years. The communication between doctor and patient is horrible. I have sent two (2) "Certified Mail" letters to Dr. [redacted] in the last two years explaining to him the BAD - lack of - communication from his assistant, [redacted]. I also explained to Dr. [redacted] that poor communication with a patient (especially a Senior) could result in a medical emergency: even death. The problem is never addressed. (Sometimes not only days, but weeks before the doctor's assistant will call back.)

Review: I was seen in West Valley Urgent care the first time on 03/29/13 they made me pay $110.00 up front because they could not verify my insurance coverage. I then was seen on 04/11/13 and 04/15/13 my copay was $ 34.51 fist visit, $18.52 second this and $36.08 thrid visit leaving a credit of $20.89 the last date of service was processed on 04/19/13 by my insurance. Since then I have called 3 times asking for my refund and I keep getting told it is processing over 2 1/2 months after my insurance paid and they still can not get my refund sent to me. If I owed them they would be all over it and sending me to collections. They are rude and they know there is nothing I can do to get the $20.89 that is due to me. They should have the same policy for refunding as they do collecting.Desired Settlement: $20.89 plus interest like they would if I owed them.
