I currently have my bumper zip tied together since I only have one car and need to get to work. Please help me resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:The customer does not owe any storage fees for A.Bob's storing a vehicle that they damaged and then preventing my mechanic from inspecting it completely. That was obstruction of evidence collection.
A.Bob's is responsible for all damages to the vehicle that came as a result of their negligence and ineptitude. A.Bob's claiming that the only damage was to the bumper is ridiculous and false. All damages determined to be caused as part of the accident caused by A.Bob's needs to be covered.

ONE OPENED IT. THE FIRST THING I HAD MET WITH THE **TH POLICE DEPARTMENT AND EVERYTHING WE DID EAST DONE RITE.  I ALSO MET WITH MAJOR CRIMES AND SOMEONE PUT IN A COMPLAINT WITHOUT A NAME WITH THE STATE REPS OFFICE. MAJOR CRIMES INFORMED ME THAT WHAT WAS DONE BY THE BOOK AND THAT THE **TH POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS THE KEYS TO EACH GATE IN CASE A FIRE BREAK OUT AND THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO GET IN. WHAT IS HAPPENING IS THEY STAY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THERE AND THEY ARE UNHAPPY ABOUT THEY VEHICLE BEING TOWED AND ALSO SAY IT WAS DAMAGE ON THE FENDER WITCH WE TAKE PICTUERS OF EVERY CAR THAT IS TOWED AND THE DAMAGE IS DONE ALREADY ON THE VEHICLE.  SHE SAID THAT SHE NO SOMEONE AND SHE WE WOULD BE SORRY WHEN SHE MADE HER CALLS. THEN I HAD L&I OUT HERE CHECKING ALL MY LICENSES AND ALL MY PERMIT ARE GOOD, BUT SOME TRIED TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT SOME OLD LICENSES ON TRUCKS WE DON'T HAVE ANYMORE SO WHY WOULD I RENEW THEM.  I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE INSPECTOR WHO CAME OUT TWICE BY PHONE AND HIS EMAIL AND I STILL HAVE HEARD FROM THEM YET.  IT'S JUST A CASE OF A PERSON BEING MAD ABOUT PAYING FOR THEM BEING IN THE WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME. how many disgruntle customers we encounter regularly as are result having to pay the $200.00 fee for "illegally parking” on our client's property. 2.   We do not accept ANY responsibility for any items taken from the car. 3.  We emphatically assert that the vehicle was towed and transported without incident (As per our experienced Road Service Technician.)  4.  Kindly note as per our signs that are posted the towing fee is $175.00 and the storage fee $25.00 represents the storage fee pursuant to the enforcement code.
