A Body in Knead

This business is a massage therapy business. Their rates are [redacted] and the services are [redacted] They are [redacted] They advertise a 50 minute massage and I have often only received 40 to 45 minutes from [redacted], an owner. My last massage was only 35 minutes. I had prepaid with a $5 tip. (I always tip and prepay). I asked Jen why she only gave me 35 minutes and she said there was no clock in the room. Why no clock or not going out to check one? I brought this issue up finally because [redacted] had shorted me on so many other occasions, and this was the shortest massage yet. I had not complained on the other sessions that were only 40 minutes, and there was always a clock in the room except this last time. Today I called to schedule a massage with [redacted] who always gave the alloted time and was told they were all booked up for several weeks. I said this does not sound right and then she told me she preferred I get my massages elsewhere. I asked for the reason and she said I was late a few times. (The real reason was retaliation for my complaint). I was only 3 minutes late for my last massage. She always makes me wait on the table 10 minutes before she comes in. They cancelled my appointments numerous times over the past several months with little notice for various reasons. [redacted] told me [redacted] cancels often when she doesn't feel like coming in. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
