A Bonded Locksmiths Of Arizona

I locked my keys in my car. Needed help. I called the business and was told someone would arrive to assist me. They needed my CC info prior to leaving. I waited for 3 hours. Nobody showed up. In the mean time someone else was able to get into my car so I could be on my way-free no money involved. I tried to call the business to cancel, however nobody answered the phone nor was there an opportunity to leave a voice mail. No service was ever performed. I have the attempted call on my cell phone. At 1:20pm I received a call from the merchant asking where I was. I told him I waited 2 +hours and had to leave so I no longer needed their service and that I attempted to call but got no answer. I was sincerely sorry but I needed to be out of town. I never received the ‘KEY CODE’ he charged me for ($50.) nor did I sign anything. They did not unlock my car ($50) NO SERVICE was performed. I do not feel I should have to pay to this. I attempted to dispute this with my CC company, there was nothing they could do for me. I feel this is horrible customer service I will never recommend them to anyone, had they arrived in a timely manner all would have been fine. They have $100. of my money free and clear and I have nothing to show for it except being vulnerable to a business when I was in distress.
