A Breast Pump and More

We spoke to this customer and had a very polite, thoughtful conversation We showed her the section on our site that said she acknowledged placing an order and verified with her that we showed multiple times throughout the process what pump we would be sending
We also informed her that she would be receiving several free items from us including a free tote and free upgrade to a premium model She was not aware of that and we discussed how we could have shared this information with her differently.We offered to send her free product regardless of who she chose for the product to make sure we went over and above from a customer service level We cancelled her order and did not charge her insurance and are willing to send her free product if she needs.We consider this matter resolved
