Purchased a ring for $1700.00 including tax (original tag said $1899.00 agreement was to accept the lessor amount). After saying they would size for free, they stated we need to take it to a jeweler. They have already accept my money. The man we were dealing with was boxing the ring and producing a receipt. The clerk stated he was the owner and said the product was mispriced and had been for 5 years. he demanded a new price of $2400.00 because if the ring were new it would be worth $7000.00. We feel this was a bait and switch. They accepted payment and agreed to the price only to attempted to get more out of us for product they had accepted full payment for. They did refund the $1700.00 reluctantly.
