told her that the debris from the tree caused the damage and it wasn't covered by the warranty. They did go ahead and fix the filters. Consumer was supposed to contact us to tell us that this was resolved. The business has a signed statement from her that the damage was not a result of anything they had done. Business doesn't feel this is actually a complaint because the consumer has confirmed and acknowledged that the damage to her gutters were a result of falling debris from her neighbors tree, not because of anything the business did.Business will provide a copy of the statement if needed.
