We have contacted the Customer and there has been a billing adjustment and removed the charge for the ThermostatIt is covered under Warranty

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is
satisfactory to me. I did speak to the owner Tom and he was very apologetic. He explained that there was some confusion due to the fact that when the system was purchased the salesperson failed to put the thermostat on the warranty. He explained that their policy is to always include the thermostat on the warranty since its part of the complete system. He was very helpful in resolving the issue. I am very satisfied
