You were contacted the night before you job was to start, asking you for 1 more day.  I am not sure what you are talking about, however, your contract clearly states that start dates are subject to change, and also that deposits are non-refundable.  
Again, we will honor our contract with you, and do your project with the utmost of quality workmanship.  You are currently in breach of your contract as you are stating you no longer want or need my services.  Please let me know.

You were very upset with me, and did not seem to understand that I needed to complete my current project.  I told you that I was sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, offered to do extras for you, and I thanked you for your patience.  An hour later, I received a phone call from a police detective.  He asked me what was going on, I explained the situation, and the police detective advised me that he would discuss it with you and get back with me.  He called me back shortly after, and told me that you were going to file a law suit against me, and therefore, he advised me not to commence work at your home the next day.  
I have not heard from you since, nor have I gotten any paperwork from a law suit.  This is the only communication I have had with you.
I will still honor the contract and complete your job with the utmost of quality workmanship.  I would like to resolve this matter with you in a civil manner.  Please let me know, how you would like to proceed, either through the Revdex.com or you can call my office directly.  Thanking you in advance.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10663139, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this offer appear below:
            That is a complete lie, after giving me excuses of not starting the work for 4 day, when I contacted [redacted] on the 5th day, he threatened me and because of what I had to call the cops. I contacted his office and a lady picked up the phone and said that [redacted] is going to Florida because his mother is not well. [redacted] also told the cops that he will be back from Florida by Friday and will return the money by Friday. On Friday I could not reach his cell phone and when I called the office, the same lady said that he never went to Florida and is instead in Jail. I told her in case I dont get my money back , I will have to go to court and file a law suite.  After that I have tried calling his office and cell phone just to see if we can resolve the matter outside court, but I am unable to reach him.
              I want to resolve the matter through Revdex.com and I dont want to have [redacted] in my house working because he has already threatened me. All I need is my money back.

Work was not done in accordance with the contract. Paint was applied without the house being prepped properly (power wa[redacted]d/caulked),paint was not applied in professional manner, the trim color can be seen from the street bleeding into the main color of the house, some of the gutters were not completely painted, a portion of the fence was not painted, some of the eaves is missing paint completely. Owner promised to fix the issues. Some painters did show up and repair some of the issues but not all. If has been a week and it appears no one else will be coming out to fix the remaining issues. The owner never did a follow to see if all issues were resolved, never visited the home to see for himself the poor paint job.
