A Buckeye Rooter Service

I called A-Buckeye Rooter Service due to a couple of two broken shower handles, toilet noise/flushing mechanism, and sink plug that was loose. I was told the company would be at my house by 2:00pm on 10-03-2013. I called a couple times to see why that didn't show. I also told them the shower handle part numbers so they could have the parts ready when they arrived. When they finally came at 7:00pm and they had the wrong parts. They said they had to go to [redacted]'s or somewhere to get the right parts. The worker was gone about 45 minutes and then came back. He replaced the 2 handles, attached the sink plug, and replaced the flush mechanism in the toilet. The total amount of time at my house was 1 1/2 hour or so. He gave me the bill and the total bill came to $374.65. I paid him and requested a itemized bill and reminded the AD in the yellow pages gave a senior citizen discount and/or a discount of $40. Then he left. I called the office the next day and complained about the charges. I have called two or three time since plus my neighbor has called twice. The office assistant or manager at the office said she would speak to the owner each time I called. She said they would reimburse me $50 and send me an itemized bill. She never justified the charges saying they have a right to charge what they wanted? When my neighbor [redacted] called the first time, she said she would have the owner call me. He never did. Then he called a second time and said he was going to help me file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I finally received a call back. He said he would send me $50 and an itemized list. My neighbor asked him to justify the charges and he said he didn't have to and could charge what they felt was right. He said the parts numbers were wrong and he fabricated the work time and mileage to get the parts. They charge 10 times the cost of the handles and the best I can tell, about $100 more than what they claimed was their service and labor cost. I have never received anything, my sink plug is broke.
