A+ Budget Movers Reviews (5)

Ms*** received waste collection and recycling services from January through June 18, 2015, when her service was stopped for non-payment. The balance due for the period noted above is $123.00. On June 23, she contacted our office and asked to re-start service. She offered
to pay $no later than July 3rd to cover January through April if we would resume service. She did not receive service from June through June 23. She did not dispute the balance at the time of her inquiry with our office and owes a total of $for services rendered

EDCO Manager spoke to Mr. [redacted] on 3-1-16,  Immediately the refund was mailed to Mr. [redacted] which he has received.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/11/19) */
Mr [redacted] wife is the one who brought the car in. We noticed when the car was brought into the shop that the ck tire light was on. This is caused by either as tire being low on pressure or a bad sensor. As we dismounted the tire we discovered...

one of the tire sensor loose inside the tire. I was not able to get the parts to repair that day so was unable to repair at that time. They were not able to make it back before we closed so I left the vehicle outside and allowed them to take it and come in the next day to pay me. When Ms Mallott came in to pay I informed her of the problem with the tire pressure sensor and told her I would have to order the part I needed to repair the sensor and she stated that she would talk to her husband and let me know. I also gave her the sensor so it would not get lost Mr [redacted] called and said that he would like it repaired and also asked if we had damaged his car. I told him we would order the part and set an apt for him to come in for the repair and also look at the damage on his car. When Mr [redacted] came in we pulled his car in and I asked him if he had brought the tire sensor and he informed that he had forgot it. We put his car on the lift to inspect damage. we found a small aluminum vent damaged and a loose exhaust clamp. The area where this was is not possible to have been damaged by the lift foot as it will not reach there. We showed this to Mr [redacted] but he did not want listen. I also offered to reattach the clamp that was loose but he refused. There were several scrap marks on the lower engine cover indicating that something was driven over which could have caused damage. He refused to look at them also. I am the person who racked the car in the first place. I am the owner of this Midas and have had 30+ years in the business. I have racked many cars and did not damage this car with our lift. I will still repair his tire sensor and reattach the exhaust clamp as I stated even though they were that way when it came in. I will not replace the lower engine cover.
