Review: I a gift certificate for my husband with the artist by the name of [redacted], and he moved to this new location since purchase. We went to talk to him almost two weeks ago. He wasn't there, but would be within the hour. My husband went back and talked to him. He said that he would call us, since he was with a client at that time. We have not heard from him. He has the cash for this service he hasn't provided. He has not been very helpful with resolving this either. If someone says they will call a prepaid customer, than that's what should be done in a prompt manner.Desired Settlement: I want cash not a check. This transaction was paid for with cash to begin with, so should be refunded the same.
