David B[redacted] arrived at the home on time and was very professional. I found him to be very thorough and informative when I asked questions. He was knowledgable and friendly. When he was finished with the inspection he walked me through some of the areas of concern and provided some valuable information. He then sent the entire report to me via email so I could download it and review it at my convenience. All in all a positive experience! I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family!
