I received your letter on September 9,in reference to ID ***I have spoken to the customerover the phone on the evening of September 10, 2017.In reference to the concerns that the customer had with the incorrectly prepared food, I did apologizeand I have sent him an email that will
replace his meal for him.In reference to not being able to reach the Customer Service number, I asked him what number he wascalling and he stated, not sure, who knowsI then proceeded to explain that the McDonald's 800number is manned days a year hours a dayHe said the number would just ring so he really hasno ideaI made sure he understood that he could reach me since he had my number if he had anyfurther concerns.We then discussed the fact about the restaurant being hours and the store being closedI asked himif he knew that our store is no longer hours during the weekHe asked me when did that change andhow am I supposed to know thatI told him that it has been that way for about months and all of thehour signage was taken down as well as the new hours of operations posted on the doors and DTwindowsHe then proceeded to tell me that he just noticed the store closing and that 7-years ago atthe store there was a manager who would always close the store earlyI asked him if he could tell mewhat day he saw the store closing early recently and he said he could not tell me any specific date hejust noticed the lights being off.I did tell him that our Belle Vernon location was still hours if he would like to stop there which he didreply and said he would use that store since it was on his way home also.He was happy with the outcome and thanked me for calling.If you should have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me.Sincerely,Judy L***Director of Operations
