Ivy greatly damaged across entire back of yard. Pulled up huge sections of it with Bobcat “claw” when picking up tree limbs & sections of trunk laying on it.
At least 6 shrubs destroyed or damaged (some crushed, some branches broken). Owner was not willing to reimburse us for ANY shrub damage…just kept repeating “They’re evergreens, they’ll grow back”. Said we could buy replacement azaleas for $2. Cut a tree off lower than where we had indicated with tape and twice verbally. Person who cut it said he didn’t know. Now unable to hang hammock there.

Boss came to door and asked for water bottles for crew.
Parked in driveway without asking & blocked our cars in.
Parked on street in front of house but parked too far off street and thus into landscaped/mulched beds. Also, drove Bobcat in same area.
Took 3 days to take out 6 trees (scheduled for 2 days) with 3-6 men working; arrived 10:45, 11:45, 10:45…had they come earlier, MIGHT have gotten done in 2 days.
Asked for money before job done.
I watched (actually caught on video) worker throwing cigarette down in yard.
The only parts of the above that he (owner) could have "fixed" are the light & landscaping. He DID reduce the job price by $50 to account for the broken light, but as I said above, he would NOT discount the job price AT ALL for any of the landscape/yard damage. He did not even apologize for the damage.
Highly NOT RECOMMENDED...pay more and hire professionals.
