This company A.C.Cool sent a tech out to diagnose a problem. 2 weeks later still no communication. I contacted the company to find out why I had not heard back from them. They said the Tech never reported a problem. I said this tech is failing to do his job. A.C.Cool sent the same tech back to my apartment and he attacked me with threats for complaining about him. He wanted to let me know that I got him in trouble and told me to NOT expect good service for doing that. He raised his voice lecturing me about reporting him and how his boss "Had his back" no matter what he said to me. I should have contacted the police! Even Paul the owner didn't care about me as a renter. He was only concerned about losing the large account with the property manager. Jeff the tachnician should be removed from dealing with the general public. If you are a renter this is how you get treated. Shame on A.C. Cool. YELP, and The CSCLB has recieved complaints too.
