Sent: Tuesday, March 31, 8:AM To: drteam Subject: Complaint This lady is lying thru her teeth. She was standing right there when the unit literally blow up. The condenser coil ruptured all of the freon escaping. Her coil was under warranty. We removed the coil
and got her a new one. She had no money and refused to pay. Then if that was not bad enough she turns me in you. Knowing that I am not a member of the Revdex.com not paying you money that this complaint would stick. This is why I have an F rating with you people. I normally don't even respond to these complaints because I know it's a money.. unlike John Moore I can not afford to pay protection. Every single complaint I have was filed by a miserable BROKE person. Who didn't have the common sense to have their system cleaned yearly. I do have the means to make Beverly tell the truth but I don't think it's worth the trouble. The condenser coil was taken to a aces supply house and they can tell you it's impossible for a person to intentionally cause a coil to rupture like that one did. Thanks for nothing Lance *** ***
