As a Property Manager and Homeowner I have dealt with AC Doctors many time for my rental houses and for my own personal house I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC repairs or a new AC system anywhere in the Phoenix Metro area Their prices for a new system and for AC maintenance and repairs are far better than any other company's prices in the area My experience with them is that they offer superb customer service from the Techs to the Owner, Doug Davis who personally came out when I had an issue to make sure I was happy...and I am They provide 24/fast service, they fix it right the first time & they don't try to sell you anything you do not need They resolve any complaints immediately with a smile and their guarantee on their work and services I have used many AC companies in the past for my rentals but since I found AC Doctors I will not use any other AC Contractors but themGreat prices, Fast same day services and honest Thank you Dave for being there for me when my AC had major issues, you are the best!

What a fabulous experience dealing with each of the professionals from A/C Doctors I could not be more impressed with this business A pleasure, from the ease of scheduling a service call with Tera, to my appointment with the friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and experienced Technician JustinHe was able to quickly diagnosed the unit issue to a faulty coil The part would need to be ordered and he let me know that the Service Department would co-ordinate obtaining replacement parts and scheduling install Justin topped up the refrigerant to assist the unit from overworking, pending a coil replacement In stepped Pete to deal with ordering the part and dealing with a warranty issue He was outstanding and dedicated to resolving any issues and concerns that developedUnbelievable customer serviceI will recommend A/C Doctors all day long

Today I called A/C Doctors to repair to spend about $600 VERY WELL.

A/C Doctors know what they doing on repairing my old Air Conditioning unit and repair Tech let me know what they have to do to Satisfy me.6-22-2015

I can't wait to call A/C Doctors again to replace my old Air Conditioning unit with new Air Conditioning unit from A/C Doctor when I need to.
