I have received the complaint (***), we talked to Jason the mechanic that talked to *** *** about not working on his unit and Jason did tell him we would not work on the unit Jason did not realize we were a complete serviceing dealer for Husqavarna I called *** ***
on 08/22/and apolgized for the confusion and told him to bring it in and we would fix the unitHe informed me that he had it fixed If Mr *** has any problems with the unit in the future we will glady take care of it Thanks Randy ***

The Kinze planter (Used) *** got was priced online for $ *** negotiated the price down to $and I told him that the row unit disc were worn down but had about half of its useful life left. I told
*** if he would pay half of the cost of the new disc and scrapers I would install new scrappers and disc (which we did) he agreed and the final price of the planter was $ *** was going to take care of the freight to get the planter to him and I offered to see if I could find a trucker to haul it to him cheaper then his trucker could, but I could not find one cheaperso he was going to take care of it*** could not get his trucker up here to pickup the planter so in the end we ended up lining up a trucker ( for less money then we originally quoted) to get the planter to him *** called on 04/13/about 7:at night and said some parts are missing (we had a bad phone connection) I told him if parts were missing I would take care of itLater that night *** called back and said that the no-til coulters were missing with the springsThis planter was online with pictures and it clearly shows no no-til coulters on unit other then the coulters in front of the wheels where the tire tracks areThis is how we setup planters in MN No til coulter assemblies are accessories not missing partsThis planter was never used in a no til planting so it could not of had the no til coulter assemblies on and I did not know he was going into a no-til planting*** says he is missing springs which he is not missing any because the down pressure springs are used with the no-til coulter assemblies which this planter never had on from new I talked to *** on 04/16/ I told him I would try to find some no-til coulter assembliesI made several calls to other dealers and found some. The dealer would sell them to me for $dollars a piece I talked to *** and told him that he would have to pay $per no-til assembly and he ask me how bad the coulters were wore and I told him I did not know and that got him upset and he said what kind of ------- junk you selling me, I told him I would take the planter back and he hung up the phone on me I called him again on 04/17/and told him I would give him the new springs and the new no-til disc for free (so if the disc were wore he could replace them) but he would still have to pay for the no-til complete assemblies*** hung up the phone on me againI called him again and no one answered and I left him a message on his phone and told him that we have to work through this *** says I was laughing at him, I never laughed at him, I do not know what he means by sod planter because what he wants to do is called minimum til plantingIf we would of known what he was trying to do with this planter this issue could have been avoided. Tell us why here... 1)  This planter never had no-til coulters on, other then the ones that run in the wheel tracks of the tractor, this planter was not used in a no til situation and Ron never promise this customer no til coulters. No-til coulters are a option on the planter when you buy it new and are only used in certain planting conditions. 2) This problem could have been avoided if the customer would of told us he was going to use the planter in a no-til situation. 3) We offered the customer the down preasure springs free and to sell him a set of used coulters we found at another dealer for cost and the customer was not happy with that so we offered to give him new coulter blades free to put on the no till coulter units and he was not happy with that. 4) The customer hung up on Ron twice and would not return his call,  so how do solve any issues this way. 5) I was in Ron's office when he offered to buy the planter back from the customer and the customer hung up the phone on him. So the customer is not telling the truth.

I am rejecting this response because:The salesman at the dealership, Mr. Ron [redacted], is not telling the truth.  I, my son, and my friend all wondered why all the coulters were not on the planter after close observation of the photo that was included with the ad.  I called him and asked him where were the remaining coulters. He responded by saying everything would be on the planter when it arrived at my home. When it arrived, he did not follow through with his agreement and the coulters that had been promised were not with the planter. I immediately called him and he responded that he could not talk to me until after the weekend on Monday.  I called him Monday and told him that it was missing 19 coulters and 40 down pressure springs that are necessary for it to operate properly.  He said that he would furnish the down pressure springs but I would have to buy the coulters. I told him no because that was not the agreement. He then laughed and said that he did not have to help me do anything. I was so angry that I hung the phone up on him.  Also, he never said that he would take the planter back, this was another bogus lie. I tried to plant with the planter as is, but it would not work.  I had to invest $3000.00 more to make this a workable piece of equipment.   I simply want justice done asap.
