A & C Landscaping

I live in a duplex in Mayfield Heights, A&C was payed to plow for us in winter and landscaping in summer and did neither very well.
Most of the time after they were done landscaping my son had to come and redo it because it looks like the grass has mange, they were in and out in under 10 minutes, Anthony told me it should only take them eight minutes to do my yard and that’s exactly what it looks like, Snow Plowing,,,, showed up usually after 2:30 in the afternoon takes 30 seconds and misses half the yard, I called Anthony and was told that the man was going to come and redo it within the hour, of course he had never showed up, my son had come and finish the job. Last year the plow ripped up a lot of the grass and had a replant it and now this year it’s been ripped out again, they are aware of this but has made no attempt to fix it, Was told that our driveway is difficult to plow good, But it’s been done OK in the past. I guess because it’s a rental property they didn’t care, our new landlord went with a different plow and landscaper this year so far the yard looks great except for the bald spots left by the snowplow of A&C
Update: I contacted Anthony on May 14 to discuss wether he was going to repair the ripped up grass, he said it was not his problem.
